In the spring of 2023, students in Mrs. Hensley’s US History 10th grade classes participated in Project Citizen. This program asks students to identify real-world issues that can be addressed through public policy initiatives. Congratulations to the class who chose Student Anxiety and Therapy Dogs. They achieved a score of “Outstanding” in the 2023 National Showcase. These students, along with all the classes, are learning how to be informed and active citizens!
