Travel on 119 North towards Charleston. You will pass Southridge Center and other shopping centers including Ashton Place Kroger. Go straight through the traffic light at Ashton Place Kroger, and move into the right lane. You will make a right at the next stoplight, which is Oakwood Road **see map**. After passing Overbrook Elementary on your right, you will come to the intersection of Oakwood Road/Clark Road/Tennis Club Road. Go straight through the intersection (no stop sign for your side), and you are on Tennis Club Road. Welcome to George Washington High School!

From I-77 South or I-79 South (Locations north of Charleston)

From I-77 or I-79 South, follow signs for I-64 West towards Huntington. Merge onto I-64 West. Take Exit #58A (Oakwood Rd./119 South), which is located at the end of the bridge crossing the Kanawha River. On the exit ramp, stay in the right lane and merge onto 119 South. You will need to switch into one of the left lanes. **see map** At the second traffic light (Oakwood Road - 7-11 and Exxon on one side of the road) make a left turn. After passing Overbrook Elementary on your right, you will come to the intersection of Oakwood Road/Clark Road/Tennis Club Road. From I-64 East (Locations west of Charleston)

From I-64 East, take Exit #58A (Oakwood Rd./119 South), located before crossing the bridge over the Kanawha River. On the exit ramp, switch into the right lane and merge onto 119 South. You will need to switch into one of the left lanes **see map**. At the second traffic light (Oakwood Road - 7-11 and Exxon on one side of the road) make a left turn. To Laidley Field (Occasional GWHS Football Field - Off Campus)



From I-77 South, take exit 99. Make a right off of the exit ramp onto Greenbrier Street. Then make a right onto Washington Street. Continue on Washington Street until a stop light. At the stop light make a right, and continue down this street. Laidley Field will be on the left, with parking on the right.
